2025 Chili Cook off for United Way

This November, we rolled up our sleeves and headed into the kitchen for our annual Dee Cramer Chili Cook-Off. Each year, our employees come together to cook, taste, and enjoy an incredible lineup of homemade chilis to raise money for the United Way of Genesee and Shiawassee Counties.
This year’s competition brought in 15 delicious entries, and after some spirited tasting, our VDC Manager, Marcus Ebenhoeh, claimed the title of 2025 Chili Champion. Through generous employee donations and a company match, we raised an outstanding $16,935 for United Way, setting a Dee Cramer record!
We’re incredibly grateful for our team’s generosity and enthusiasm. Their willingness to show up, give back, and support our community is what makes events like this so meaningful. The Chili Cook-Off has become a tradition that brings us together for good food, friendly competition, and a shared commitment to helping others.
Here’s to another year of great people making a real difference. We’re already looking forward to next year’s cook-off and the opportunity to continue strengthening the communities we serve.
