Accounting Job Shadow

Dee Cramer's CFO, Heather Menary, invited Lake Orion High School Junior, Lauren Murray, to shadow with our company for a day.  Lauren is interested in attending either Michigan State University or Oakland University for Accounting.  Her Career Day at Dee Cramer consisted of a job site visit at Third Street Development in downtown Flint (pictured below).  Lauren also was able to shadow Heather's day-to-day accounting responsibilities by helping with our Work in Process and attending various meetings.   From left to right:  CFO Heather Menary, Lauren Murray, a... Dee Cramer Partners with Haskell Community Center

Dee Cramer is a proud sponsor of the Haskell Community Center and PAL (Flint's Police Athletic League)! The National Clean Water Collective raised $25,000 to install two hydration systems at the center. Richard J. Cramer Sr. Scholarship

Ferris State University students enrolled in the College of Engineering Technology’s Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration program will benefit from a newly-established scholarship endowment which was created through the generosity of Dee Cramer, Inc. The Richard J. Cramer, Sr. Scholarship Endowment will be awarded to a full-time student majoring in the HVACR program who holds a minimum 2.75 GPA. United Way Campaign 2018

 Every September, Dee Cramer hosts a United Way Campaign to support our local Genesee/Shiawassee County United Way Foundation. The United Way Committee at Dee Cramer plans different events and fundraisers for our employees to participate in. Who would have thought that a city owned Hospital in Flint Michigan would have been the first Owner in Michigan and one of the first in the United States to choose this revolutionary construction delivery method for its new Paul F. Take your child to work day 2013

Dee Cramer welcomed 15 children on "Bring your child to work day". The children enjoyed learning games that involved the careers of their parents and many other career choices. They also spent time in our CAD Department seeing jobs in their 4D drawing phase and in our shop building tool boxes out of sheetmetal, and ended their day with a pizza party.
