Dee Cramer brought in Brianna Mosier from the Flint and Genesee County Chamber of Commerce to present to our employees on Internal Customer Service. This lunch and learn allowed our employees to have a deeper understanding of how their relationships in their own department and department-to-department impact their relationships outside of the company.
