Purchasing this system was a major investment and I solicited several quotes before I made the decision to hire Dee Cramer. The estimates from the other companies were cheaper but I was most impressed with your salesman Dale. I had a Lennox furnace and water heater installed last month by your company Dee Cramer. I am writing to let you know how happy I was to have your place do the job. From the time Dale came over for the presentation to the person who was going to do the installing.
First let me start with Dale, he was on time and presented his product in a way that a 72 year old person could understand. What really impressed me was he was the only person to ask to measure my upstairs and to measure outside. The reason I bring this up as I gave him the size I thought it was, I was wrong. He told me when the job was done he would be back on the 2nd day to check everything over. I didn't think he would come back but sure enough he was back on the 2nd day and checked every thing over. I don't think in all my years of doing business with companies have ever been treated so nice, honest and sincere like Dale treated me about his job and the company he loves. You should be very proud to have him represent your business.
Now the person who did the work, Pat. He was so nice, clean about his work, picked up everything and did just a good job that I could have adopted him. When he left I told him he should get a raise mostly because I asked him so many questions I could of went with another company who would of gave me a five year warranty on parts and labor but for some reason Dale impressed me in his presentation.
There is a reason why you have been in business for years. Your name and how you treat your customers. We are the one who will pass your name on to some one else.
On Tuesday, July 8th, we called Dee Cramer because we had water in our basement coming from the furnace area. A gentleman called to say he would be here on Tuesday between 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. He showed up exactly at 10 a.m.
His name is Chris and he inspected the furnace area and removed the panels around the unit, checked the filter and several other things before going outside to look at the cooling unit. He then called my wife and I outside to show us what most likely was our problem, a dirty cooling unit which we admitted, had never been cleaned since it was installed.
We asked him to clean it although he took the time to explain how we could do it if we wanted to ourselves, but I asked him to do it because it was so dirty and felt that after 5 or 6 years perhaps he'd do a more thorough job.
The point of this letter is to compliment not only Chris, who incidentally took time and patience to answer all of our questions, but to compliment Dee Cramer for employing polite, patient and knowledgeable service agents, while Chris is the latest one and a good representative of your company. I must also admit we've really never had anyone from the company who was less than courteous and represented you, their employer, very well.
Our thanks and congratulations for all the fine service people we've encountered from Dee Cramer.

The job was completed as promised and as bid and was performed in an impeccable manner with consideration for the look of my home as well as the function I was looking for.
The young man, Ryan, who did the actual work was courteous, timely, efficient, and, in the end, very neat as the job was cleaned up and completed with no loose ends. I think the final detail was in the way he cleaned up the job site that was most impressive, as I was prepared to set about putting my basement back in order. However, when I went to clean up I was pleasantly surprised to find everything already in order.

Since the night temperatures have been below zero degrees Fahrenheit lately, I can now make a statement about how you did when you took off the job at my home last October. The Trane furnace with central air conditioning that the Dee Cramer organization installed at my address pursuant to your order #11607 has functioned flawlessly. On a degree-day basis, utility gas usage is nearly 20% less than the furnace you replaced. These savings will help pay for the air conditioning next summer. On June 22, my husband called Dee Cramer to inquire about having our air conditioner moved to a new location and what were the rates.
The next day, Dominic did come to the house. He was very polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and had the unit moved in a timely fashion! His work was very neat and he cleaned up the area once he was finished. I asked him lots of questions and he was very nice and didn't seem to mind my questions and frequent status updates!
This was one contractor visit that did what it promised and we will be sharing our good experience with friends and family.

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you what a remarkable difference this system has made in this building for not only our comfort on the main floor, but that of my tenant on the second floor. My office is only ten years old, and yet the heating and cooling system has never been properly regulated, in fact was most certainly sized too small for this building. It has been a source of much irritation since that time.
The zoning system you installed works like a charm, and even on the days when the temperature upstairs less than perfect from my tenant's point of view, there is still an obvious improvement in everyone's comfort level. All the rooms are less stuffy, and the airflow is vastly improved.
