History

Dee Cramer, Inc. is a third generation, family owned company that was started in 1937 by our founder, Dee Cramer. What started out as a small 2 man operation doing residential furnaces has now become one of the largest heating, ventilating, and air conditioning companies in the country with over 100 employees. From the very beginning, complete customer satisfaction has been the cornerstone of our success and longevity.

2006 Cornerstone Award Recipient for Construction Training Excellence

The Cornerstone Award was created
to award companies that have demonstrated outstanding records
for advancing the quality of their employees through training.

It recognizes two companies - a Regular Contractor member and a Specialty Contractor member. We are committed to providing high quality training to all of our technicians and installers for a minimum of 2 hours every month and were awarded the Specialty Contractor award as a result.

Contractor Safety Excellence Award Winner

Dee Cramer, Inc. was also recognized as a leader in construction safety. The Safety Awards are determined by comparing the injury incident rate of each company. The lower the incident rate the better - with zero being the best. The Contractor Safety Excellence Awards were presented in four different divisions and Dee Cramer received the Division IA (over 200,000 work hours) Award.
